The Dwarka Expressway project, an 18 km running highway connecting Dwarka at New Delhi and National Highway 8 at Gurgaon was planned several years ago. Gurgaon and overall Delhi have seen a dense development of infrastructure with work on public transport and improvement of roads/highways. Here are some of the factors that make investing in the Dwarka Expressway area a good idea: Firstly, travel on National highway 8 in Delhi will become very easy. The 150-meter wide road will come as a respite to frequent travelers. Moreover, the old busy stretch has also become a little better on the highway road, as the road is said to be a high-speed link road, called the Northern Peripheral Road, connecting near Kherki Daula on NH8 to Dwarka. Along with this, construction of the Metro Rail on the northern Peripheral Road and southern Peripheral Road has been approved by the government and it has been taken up as an early bird project by the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor development corporation. The town and country planning department has determined the change of land use fee for construction of the metro and work can commence as soon as this fee is deposited. Additionally, the surrounding area is already on the verge of a lot of developments, such as residential projects, commercial malls, buildings, public utilities etc. Besides residential properties, this locality has public utilities as well. Some of the top names in education sectors have invested in the area to build schools and universities. Also, many hospitality brands have started their projects and are looking forward to great infrastructural development on this side of Delhi. As a part of its development plan for Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex, the Haryana government has envisioned a Mass Rapid transit system corridor along the Dwarka expressway. The transit system will be starting from Dwarka and go in the direction of Manesar and Neemrana by way of a metro hub which is being built on a 162-acre plot at Kheri Daula where the new Inter-state bus terminal is coming up. This plan has the complete support of the Haryana and Delhi government, and the private sector service. A state coordinating agency called HUDA and various government departments are energetically working to make way for an early completion. Thus, with a number of infrastructural developments, the Dwarka Expressway area offers many investment possibilities for the future. Investment in real estate near these areas would be a wise option. Also a lot of Home Loan financing agencies are offering Home Loan in Gurgaon for salaried employees to build their own house in the area.
